- Email address — collected when you create an account, used solely for account authentication, password resets, and transactional communications related to your account (such as credit purchase receipts).
- Payment information — if you purchase credits, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your credit card number or payment details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data — we may collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, credits consumed, and general usage patterns. This information is used to improve the Service.
- Log data — standard server log information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited may be collected by our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare).
Content You Generate
- Prompts and inputs — the text prompts and style selections you submit to generate images.
- Generated images — images produced by the Service are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure for up to 12 months. After that period, they may be permanently deleted.
- SEO metadata — file names, alt text, and image schema generated by the Service are associated with your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Process credit transactions
- Generate images and SEO metadata on your behalf
- Respond to support requests
- Improve and maintain the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your email address for marketing purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

- Account data — retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
- Generated images — stored for up to 12 months from the date of creation, then deleted.
- Payment records — retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.
5. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including secure account authentication via Clerk and encrypted data transmission via HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
